Caldwell 15, popularly known as the Blinking Planetary, is a nebula (NGC 6826) in Cygnus — a luminous cloud of interstellar gas and dust. It appears as number 15 in the Caldwell catalogue, Sir Patrick Moore's 1995 list of 109 bright deep-sky objects for amateur astronomers. It spans roughly 0.4 arc-minutes on the sky. At about magnitude 9.4, it shows up in a small backyard telescope.
